Our policies
are in place is to ensure a rewarding learning experience
for our students and teachers, as well as fair treatment for our customers. Please read them carefully.
Discounts and Returns
Return Policy: All sales
are final on books, patterns and fabric. Gifts and other items require a
receipt for returns within 30 days.
Discounts: Guild members (with your guild card),
teachers (with some sort of verification) and those of us that are at least 65
years of age (with some sort of ID) qualify for the 10% discount. This discount
will be on all merchandise that is not already on sale, and on all classes.
Class Policies
Registration:
To reserve your place in a class,
register in person, by phone, or by
mail. Check back soon for online
registration.
Class Times and Fees:
All classes must be paid for at the time of registration. Classes with guest
teachers may be more expensive. Class fees are noted in class descriptions
Class Minimum:
Classes without a minimum of four students are subject to
cancellation.
Cancellations:
Store credit will be given if you cancel at least 96 hours (4 days) in advanced.
No credit will be given without the 96 hours (4 days) notice because our
teachers have been paid.
If Sisters ‘N Stitches cancels a class, you can transfer to another class or you
can receive your refund in either a store credit or in the method in which you
paid for the class.
Missed Classes:
Missed classes may be made up in another time slot if there is space
available. Please let us know when you would like to take a makeup class so that
we can reserve you a seat.
Class Supply List: A supply list is available when you pay for your
class registration. Please have your supplies prior to the first class.
We can mail or fax the supply
list.
Class Discount: At
the time of class registration, you will receive a 10% discount card good for
supplies and materials for that class and/or anything else you desire from the
store. This is a one-time shopping spree good for everything in the shop except
class fees.
Out of Consideration:
Please come to class 10 minutes early, ready to learn. Make sure that your
sewing machine is in good running condition and that you have all of the
supplies that you have been asked to bring. Out of consideration for the
instructor and other students, children, pets and non-paying guests are not
allowed at classes. Please turn off your cell phones.
