A club is a monthly

Now there’s a lot of bang for your
quilt class buck!
Girl Scouts
Sisters ‘N Stitches has a series
of programs for Girl Scouts to
earn their Sew
Simple and Sew
Glam Badges. We
have had several Girl Scout
troops take our pillowcase class
which incorporates most of the
requirements for the Sew Simple
badge. The cost of the class is
$15 per scout and includes all
the materials for the class.
Contact Denise at
SistersNStitches@yahoo.com
if your troop might be
interested.
The second
in our series of classes for
Girl Scouts is our Community
Quilt class. Each scout makes a
preemie quilt for one of the
local hospitals. The class is a
two session class and costs $10
a session. All materials are
donated by Sisters ‘N Stitches.
The third
class in our scouting series is
Make Your Own Quilt. This is a
chance for the scouts to make a
quilt for themselves and earn
their Sew Glam badge in the
process. This is a four session
class and costs $10/session. We
are excited to have our first
scouts finish their own quilts! |
